How can I get a trade log-in?

Since we only deliver to specialist installers we need you to register to open a trade account. Please send us an email with your contact details and we will be in touch.

Can I order as a guest?

Unfortunately it is not possible to order as a guest. We only deliver to specialist installers and need company data to open an account.

How can I return goods?

If an item is received damaged, or fails during warranty, then we will supply a replacement. This will be invoiced, and then credited on return of the faulty item. Please send us an Email or call us if you need to make a warranty claim.

What can I do if I can't find a product?

If it is not possible to find a product in our Webshop using the search facility, then please drop us an email and we will be in touch with details.

Where do I find Operating and Mounting Instructions?

You find Operating and Mounting Instructions in the download area once you have logged-in.

How do I receive a confirmation of my order?

We will send you an order confirmation and proforma invoice by email once we have received the auto-order from the website and checked stock availability and/or lead-times.

Where is my delivery?

We send you a confirmation of the shipment as soon as the goods leave our premises.

How can I pay?

We can accept bank transfer or cheques. Standard terms are 50% payment to confirm order, with the remaining 50% due on receipt of the goods.
